Currently President, Oceana Sensor Technologies, Inc.: Rick has over 28 years of experience at the PCB Group of companies. The past 21 years have entailed executive management, strategic development and technology management duties and Board of Director duties Oceana Sensor Technologies, Inc., Wright Government Services LLC (an SDVOSB) , PCB Piezotronics, Inc., PCB Group, Inc., The Modal Shop and several other PCB Group Companies. Rick is currently the Interim Director for Innovate! Hampton Roads and past CEO and President of the Hampton Roads Technology Council (“HRTC”) and past Chairman of the Board of the HRTC and Virginia Technology Alliance (“VTA”). Challenges have included managing growth, engineering management, program management and strategic technology development. Rick and his management team established Oceana Sensor Technologies, Inc. in 1995 focusing on developing wireless, smart sensing solutions for military and industrial applications. Rick holds a BSME from Clarkson University, an MSME from Univ. of Cincinnati and an Executive MBA from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. Rick is knowledgeable in maintenance practices, transduction principles, sensor integration, calibration and application engineering of smart sensor networks. He has authored papers, presented tutorials, spoken internationally and has several patents in his field.

Currently Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer Oceana Sensor Technologies, Inc.: Lou has over 20 years of experience at the PCB Group of companies. The past 18 years have entailed executive management, strategic development and technology management duties, current and past Board of Director duties for Oceana Sensor Technologies, Inc., Wright Government Services LLC (an SDVOSB) , PCB Piezotronics, Inc., PCB Group, Inc., The Modal Shop and several other PCB Group Companies. Challenges have included managing growth and profitability in both an existing business of greater than $100 million in revenues and a start up, managing large Government Contracts and DCAA (Defense Contract Accounting Agency) relationships and audits, establishing a certified ISO 9001:2008 quality system, new business startup, engineering administration, operations, finance and strategic corporate development. Lou as part of the founding management team established Oceana Sensor Technologies, Inc. in 1995 focusing on developing wireless, smart sensing solutions for military and industrial applications. Lou holds a BSAS from The Ohio State University and an Executive MBA from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. Along with his business and Government Program management expertise and Government contracting Lou is also knowledgeable in high volume manufacturing, growth management and has a working knowledge of the principles and applications of smart sensor networks and all technologies represented by the companies.

Currently Director Business development and Secretary for Oceana Sensor Technologies, Inc. Alex Is an accomplished entrepreneur and software industry veteran with a background in Industrial, Government, Healthcare, Financial Services and Retail markets, is a recognized expert in conceptualizing, launching, and managing all aspects of a start-up information and technology firm. He brings broad-based skills and experiences in general management, finance, strategic marketing, sales, information technology, software development, and product management, and has a proven track record of solid accomplishments in both large multinational and start-up companies, as well as turnaround situations. Most recently, Mr. Kalasinsky has been a Director of Wright Government Services LLC and Oceana Sensor Technologies, Inc. assisting with business strategy and market development. Alex has worked with Oceana Sensor Technologies Inc. on corporate development and revenue acquisition. Previously, he founded and served as president and CEO of Physicians Data, a venture-backed company that has developed a breakthrough solution for extremely rapid data access and analysis. Alex also founded and served as Executive Vice President of Solution Point, a venture-backed firm that developed and delivered the first fully integrated consumer information system for health. Alex has held senior level positions at Carestream Corporation, The MEDSTAT Group, HealthQuest, Xerox Corporation and Baxter Travenol. He has completed MBA courses at Old Dominion University, Executive Management programs at Xerox Corporation and holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Wyoming.
